NEEM Services

We believe that every event is different and that there’s no one cookie-cutter approach to managing it, so you will not see a pricing menu or list of options below. We will typically request a non-binding, one-on-one meeting to discuss ideas in detail, then submit a tailored service agreement that meets our client’s needs.

The following is a sampling of our services....

Race Management

Project budget and provide monthly reporting to client
Develop event timeline and schedule
Assistance in securing event insurance, USATF sanctioning and any other necessary permits
Recommend a timing company (NOTE: we DO NOT offer timing services)
Develop volunteer job list and oversee race-day training
Provide race-day director to oversee event venue and course

Communications

Timely meetings between NEEM principals and clients
Frequent email communications
Post-race result distribution to appropriate media
Post-race report to client
Coordinate planning efforts with any additional vendors selected by client (e,g., entertainment, timing company, etc.)

Promotions and Advertising

Assist with design and production of logos, t-shirts, entry forms, advertisements and other publicity materials
Coordinate entry form distribution, including source code reporting
Recommend and manage advertising vehicles
Assist with t-shirt vendor selection and production
Link to client’s Web page OR provide single page on NEEM Web site

Sponsorship

Assist in securing donations of goods and services
Assist client in developing fundraising letter for financial sponsors
Solicitation training for clients and committee members
