5K Team Registration

New this year! Teams of 10 or more members can pre-register for a reduced entry fee. The goal for each team is participation; however, each registrant is timed and is eligible to win The Jamie Fund 5K based on his/her individual time.

Pre-registration
10-19 members: $10 per person
20+ members: $5 per person

Each member of the team must complete an entry form.

Team entry forms must be mailed as a complete group by 8/23/10 to Jamie 5k, c/o NEEM, PO Box 440174, Somerville, MA 02143. No online or race-day registration available for teams.

Checks payable to: The Jamie Fund. Payment may be made individually or for an entire team.

Registration packets for the entire team may be picked up before 9:30am on Race Day at the Pre-registration Table.
